The environment within the game is relaxed and full of humour, despite everything that is going on. First Class Trouble is ridiculously fun and is a great game to socialise on. However dark this may sound, there is a huge level of enjoyment for either side of the party. Indirectly you tamper with the oxygen supplies until the Resident eventually suffocates! Pretty Dark huh! When it comes to direct, that could be a few champagne glasses to the head or a lethal injection. There are ways of indirectly murdering and of course direct. Your ultimate mission is to ensure CAIN stays active. Character CustomisationĪs a Personoid, your goal is to basically murder the Humanoids and not get found out. During the level, you can also increase or decrease the suss level to help keep track of everyone. You have objectives within a level, which you have to complete to move onto the next and at the end of each level, you can vote other players out. The game is very much a life-like version of Among Us. These come in various forms such as fire, water, electricity, oxygen and the occasional murderous Personoid. However, to do so you will have to get through multiple levels within the game that each contains several dangerous obstacles. Not only is CAIN taking over, but it is also using the onboard Personoids (Androids that look like humans) to murder and dispose of the bodies of the residents. The onboard AI system of the ship aka CAIN (Central Automated Intelligence Network) is taking over. Believe it or not, the ISS Alithea is its own worst enemy. Let us first of all set the scene, you are aboard the ISS Alithea, A luxury spacecraft that is under attack. I am interested to see actually how deceiving I can be amongst friends, whilst stuck in outer space! Gameplay Having never played a title from the murder mystery style genre before I was quite excited to get involved in First Class Trouble. It is worth remembering that before the official unveiling of November's lineup of PS Plus games at the recent State of Play presentation, First Class Trouble was already leaked online alongside other games that were also confirmed at the State of Play, including Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, Knockout City, and The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. Just last September, Invisible Walls announced that First Class Trouble would be released on the PS4 and PS5. ![]() Finally, players trying out First Class Trouble on the PS5 would be happy to know that the game will be taking advantage of the DualSense controller's features, such as adaptive triggers. ![]() ![]() Additionally, First Class Trouble on the PS4 and PS5 will feature Fast Boot, allowing players to skip right to the main menu after each session during their first game. However, what sets it apart from the rest are the unique ways to kill off other players, such as luring them to venus fly traps, drowning them in pools, and many more. On the other hand, the task of the Personoids is to lie and deceive fellow players, killing them off one by one without being caught.įirst Class Trouble's gameplay mechanics are pretty similar to other social deduction games. Like other social deduction games, the Residents must complete specific objectives and prevent the Personoids from doing their evil bidding. Four of those players will take the role of the Residents, while the other two will be AI impersonators called Personoids. In First Class Trouble, six players are brought together as passengers aboard a luxury space cruiser.
